226 - Aslett & Aslett (Anthony RYMELL)
An indenture tripartite bearing even date and made between Thomas Aslett late of Drury Lane in the parish of St Giles in the Fields in the county of Middx Victualler Admon of the Goods and Chattels Rights and Credits of Thomas Aslett late of the same place Victualler deceased one of the sons of the first named Thomas Aslett of the first part Anthony Rymell of Dean Street Fetter Lane within the City of London Gent of the second part and James Aslett of Drury Lane aforesaid. Victualler other of the sons of the first named Thomas Aslett of the third part. Whereby for the consideration herein mentioned the said Thomas slett the father (by and with the privity consent and approval of the said Anthony Rymell testified as therein mentioned) did grant bargain sell assign transfer and setr over unto the said James Aslett his Executors Admons and assigns. All those two several Houses or Tenements adjoined together sit standing and being on the West Side of Drury Lane in the said parish of St Giles in the Fields in the said County of Middlesex. The one of them formerly called or known by the name or sign of the Crown and Scepters and since called or intended to be called or known by the name or sign of the Marquis of Granby formerly ion the tenure of John Hyde and since of Francis Allen and the other of them now or heretofore in the tenure of Thomas Oaks Shoemaker and with the said houses front Drury Lane aforesaid and abutts south on a certain court Called Ragged Staff Court and north on another house belonging to John Carwick and now or late in the tenure of Clayton Painter together with all Ways Passages Water Courses Cellars Rights Easements Profits commanded and Appurtenances. And also all the Estate Right Title set term of years to come and unexpired Profits Equity of Redemption Rents Benefit Profits Property Claim and Demand whatsoever both at Law and in Equity of him the said Thomas Aslett the father of in or out of the same premises or any part thereof. To hold the same unto the said James Aslett his Executors Admons and Assigns from hereforth for and during all the rest residue and remainder of a certain Term of Twenty One years therein mentioned which said as to the execution thereof is attested by John Stride of Carey Street in the Parish of St Clement Danes in the County of Middx Gent and John Roe of the same place Clerk to the said John Stride. And a Memorial thereof is hereby required to be registered by the said Thomas Aslett the father pursuant to the said Act of Parliament.
